Rates
Rates are quoted in United States dollars (US$)

Villa Accommodation:
- Staff: All Villas have at least two domestic household staff. All properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensils, etc.
- Items such as toilet paper, soap & drinking water are supplied at the start of the rental, and in most cases, as such items need replacing the cost shall be borne by the tenant/s.
- Registration: In accordance with the Laws of Indonesia all villas guests must be registered with the authorities within 24 hours of arrival at their destination. A photocopy of each guest's passport will be requested by one of CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali's staff upon of shortly after arrival at their villa. A registration form must be promptly filled out and signed by each guest, the cost of which shall be for the account of the Lesser.
- Security deposits are required for some villas. Deposits are to be paid on arrival, and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by bank cheques /transfer less cost of damages.
- Tourist Information: CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali provides an 'information pack' contains: maps, names & phone numbers of recommended restaurants, brochures for tours etc, phone numbers for everything from airlines to doctors.
- Car Rental: CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali is pleased to provide car rentals for guests. Rental rates vary depending on make and age of vehicle.

Payments And Cancellations Villa Accommodation :
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be received by CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali within seven (7) consecutive days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival dates (60 days for Christmas departures) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to departure, and must be received promptly in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by Ceria Internasional Bali in writing. Hotels Accommodation:
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be received by CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali within seven (7) consecutive days after confirmation of reservation has been given
- Final payment is required up on arrival. If the confirmation is done less than 7 days prior to arrival, a Credit Card Guarantee Statement with total amount of payment must be received at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Changes Of Reservations
An administration charge will be levied to any change/s for a villa or hotel room reservation (US$ 50.00 for Villa, US$ 10.00 for hotel), which has been confirmed, and for which a deposit has already been paid.

Terms of Payment
- Payment by Travelers Cheques, or Personal Cheques will not be accepted. Bank (Cashier's) cheques will be accepted, and should be made out to CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali and forwarded by registered mail to:

Credit Cards: Visa, Master and Amex are accepted.
- CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali must accept a fax with credit card authorization statement, copy (two sides) of the credit card, copy of passport.
- CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali will send the "credit card authorization statement form" immediately after receiving the request.
- A 3.5% surcharge of bank fee will be applied from total amount sent through Credit Card.

Flight Information
- Guest/s name/s should be submitted to the CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali reservations office prior to final payment along with flight information for both arrivals and departures with respect to airport transfers.
- CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali will check the re-confirmations of departure air ticket for all guests.
- CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali is not responsible for a "waiting list" ticket.

Airport Transfers
- CERIA INTERNATIONAL Bali provides free transfers (In & Out) for all confirmed-reservation for villas only.
- Return Transfers (In & Out) fee for hotels is: US$ 10.00 per persons for all directions with air-conditioned van, professional driver, tour guide.
